Windows Tip (Spyware) - Update 2004-12-23

I updated this page because I wanted to provide a better overview of how to deal with spyware. There are many good resources out there explain this better and in more detail, but I figure I could help out a little.
Another reason was because I recently cleaned up a machine that had a VX2 variant on it, and wanted to post the link to the solution that helped. It wasn't an easy task, and the machine still isn't performing well, but I think all the VX2 stuff is gone.
